In this Mi-Mo, we’ll introduce you to the key mechanisms that lead to the development of type 2 diabetes. You’ll find out about how lifestyle factors can contribute to the development of this disease, and we’ll discuss how changes to lifestyle, such as diet, can prevent and even reverse this disease.
