In this Mi-Mo, we’ll discuss the causes and solutions of obesity in 2 lessons. Find out the reasons behind the global obesity epidemic and explore the number one strategy for losing fat and taking control of personal health. You’ll learn more about the reasons behind energy intake and expenditure, and discover effective strategies to address this growing challenge.
