Welcome to the Mini Module (Mi-Mo) on Hypertension
Hypertension is sometimes called “the Silent Killer”. Often, there are no symptoms, yet it contributes to over 9 million deaths per year. Half of those who have hypertension don’t even know it. In this Mi-Mo, we will discover natural ways to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of illness by eating a whole food plant-based diet.
