PAN International x Meatless Monday Recipes for Health

A global recipe library of plant-based dishes to cook, share, and enjoy.

Your recipe can make healthier eating easier.

PAN International and Meatless Monday are collecting plant-based recipes to inspire healthier, more sustainable meals across communities, kitchens, and institutions around the world.

We are looking for practical, nutritious, and delicious recipes that people can prepare, share, and enjoy.

Whether you are a chef, recipe developer, culinary educator, food professional, plant-based cook, or part of a community that works with these groups, we would love to feature your recipes and innovative work.

Healthy people, healthy planet.

What we eat matters for both human and planetary health. Plant-forward dietary patterns are associated with better health outcomes and have a lower environmental impact. Making these choices easier starts with practical, appealing recipes that people can enjoy and make part of their everyday life.

From your kitchen to plates around the world.

We invite you to share a recipe rooted in your culture, expertise, or community to help make plant-based eating more accessible, practical, and familiar. Your contribution will inspire meals that support human health and a healthier planet, while introducing a wider global audience to your work and the ideas behind it.

We are looking for recipes that are:

• 100% plant-based, free from all animal-derived ingredients

• Practical and easy to follow

• Made with easy to find, common ingredients

• Nutritious and suitable for everyday cooking

• Rooted in diverse food cultures, ingredients and traditions

• Suitable for sharing as part of a global recipe collection

Your recipe will be credited to you, helping more people discover your work and the traditions, expertise, or ideas behind your dish.
