Breda is a dietitian, public health professional, and partnership specialist with over 20 years of experience advancing resilient, nutritious food systems at local and global level. She specialises in building and leading high-level partnerships with governments, donors, philanthropic organisations, and the private sector to align resources and drive collective impact.
Across her career, Breda has led multidisciplinary teams and championed evidence-based decision-making to strengthen advocacy and inform policy development. Her experience spans the UN, NGO, public, and private sectors, and includes living and working in Southeast Asia, Rwanda, Kenya, and Ghana. She is currently based in Switzerland, where she leads PAN’s partnership and stakeholder engagement efforts and supports relationships linked to PAN’s global headquarters.
