Programme and speakers
Dietician-researcher and member of the board of PAN The Netherlands, Wendy Walrabenstein, talks about the effect of a plant-based lifestyle programme on patients with rheumatoid arthritis. These are the first results of her PhD research Plants for Joints at Reade. Can eating plants improve the lives of people with rheumatoid arthritis?
From omnivore to plant eater, how do you do it? Dietician-researcher Pauline Kortbeek then takes you into the plant-based kitchen. What was the nutrition intervention of Plants for Joints? What advice and guidance did the participants receive? Pauline also shares practical tips & tricks with a participant of this groundbreaking research.
