About this event

Nutrition interacts with many other lifestyle factors on a mechanistic level. On the one hand, nutrition may cause shifts in our sleep quality, physical activity, stress perception, social connectivity and physical activity.

On the other hand, a lack of sleep, intake of risky substances such as alcohol, a lack of social connection, uncontrolled stress and physical inactivity can lead to symptomatic changes in our nutrition behaviours. In this lecture, Jennifer Trilk will unpack these relationships on a mechanistic level.
